It was wielded by Kregg, leader of the Emberfell Rejects, who claimed the dagger and the Asymmetrical Mountain itself whispered to him through it. The dagger pulses with a weak transmutation aura and appears to have a connection to the ancient power slumbering beneath the mountain.
