The Officer's Mess is a refined dining area for officers adjacent to the Garrison Hall within the Imperial Lower Palace.
Description
The mess features stone tables and iron rings for lanterns. A sealed ceramic flask containing centuries-old military-grade stimulant tincture is present. The floor in one section has collapsed, revealing stress fractures from the compromised dwarven vaults below.
